Is it possible to use this app with the HTC Ozone (also called the Snap) - which phone setting should I choose in the app?

Also, how precise is the location - jsut within the area of the cell tower or is it triangulated more precisely to a given building on a campus say?

Either it works by selecting 'RIL', or you're screwed

It's just the cell tower area.
