appears, here is how to solve it:
- Copy the attached file regeditSTG.zip onto your phone
- Unzip it on your phone using the built-in file manager
- Call regedit.exe
- Change the registry value
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Security/Policies/Policies/00001001 to the value 1
- Change the registry value
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Security/Policies/Policies/00001005 to the value 40
After that, you should be able to install the programs.
